What you're buying
A history report is a one-time check of a single IMEI against third-party carrier, manufacturer and blacklist databases, for $2.99. The report shows what those databases returned at the moment of the check.
Refunds
- If the check fails or returns no data, we refund you automatically.
- If you think a report is wrong or you were charged by mistake, email us within 30 days with your report link and we'll make it right.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show within 5–10 business days.
Limits of the report
Reports are for information only. The data comes from outside sources that can be incomplete or delayed, and a phone that's clean today can be reported or locked later (for example, if a payment plan goes unpaid). A report isn't a guarantee about a phone. Always do the in-person checks in our buying checklist.
Fair use
Don't use the site to check phones you've obtained unlawfully, or to make automated bulk requests.
